Excellent presentation on RTI with prop (he's sooooo cute!). Knowing students' strengths and needs are critical to the design of intervention learning activities. :)
I have seen RTI at work in some schools. For instance, students at tier 3 are scheduled daily to go to one of the reading rooms for remedial reading. I saw something in our reading about the teacher also managing behavior in RTI. I believe that this is important because some students in Tier #3 observably, have behavior issues.
